Our store handles both "new" and "used" items.

What does ``New'' mean? ▶︎▶︎▶︎In our store, it refers to new items purchased from wholesalers.
What does "Used" mean? ▶︎▶︎▶︎This
refers to used items (reused items) that we have purchased in stores, etc.

■All items that do not have the word [New] in the title or other information on the product page are [Used].
■Some of the items sold as [Used] are in as good condition as new items, but because they are not purchased from a wholesaler, they are sold as "used items that have been previously owned."
■All sales prices include tax, except for new products.

Please check before ordering

Discounts, reservations, etc.

We do not offer any discounts or reservations for products that are on regular sale.

Regarding products that cannot be ordered (out of stock) and cancellations

The products sold in this shop are also sold in stores and at other online shops.
Depending on the timing, the item may be sold in store. In that case, we will inform you of the cancellation. If the ordered item is out of stock, or if there is an error in the listed price or content due to human error or system reasons, we will cancel the order without obtaining the customer's consent, approval or understanding if the item has not yet been shipped. Please note that we will not guarantee or compensate for any direct or indirect damages incurred in this case.

If you order two or more items at once and some of the items are out of stock, we will contact you by email to confirm your purchase.
If you agree, we will cancel the order for the out-of-stock item and ship the in-stock item.

About products on sale

We jointly sell and offer products in stock at Otakara Ichibankan Group stores.
■If you order items sold at each store separately, they may be delivered separately.
■For inquiries about stock availability, please use the "Ask about this product" button on the relevant product page. If you would like to contact us by phone, please contact the store listed under "Handling/Stock Availability."

Product condition and details

Some of the products sold as second-hand goods are in almost new condition, but please be aware that they are reused goods (second-hand goods that have been in someone's hands before) before making a purchase. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by clicking "Ask a question about this product."
■Accessories (tags, attachments, etc.) that are not shown in the images or descriptions are not included in the product.
■We cannot accept complaints or returns regarding damage that does not affect the product itself (missing product tags that should have been included, stains or scratches on the packaging) as defects on our part.
■We will try to describe any points that should be noted as much as possible, including images, but please note that we may omit descriptions of shallow stains or wrinkles that may disappear with washing, etc., in fashion items.
There may be cases where dirt or damage has been missed due to inspection. If this is discovered at the time of your order, we will contact you in advance.

<About electrical appliances>
In rare cases, depending on the store stamp and date on the warranty card attached to the product, the warranty period may still be in effect, but generally there is no manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event that the product is damaged or broken during use, please contact the manufacturer at the actual cost. Please note that we cannot repair or replace the product (※).
*If there is a replacement item of the same condition, we will exchange it.

About receipts

In order to avoid issues with duplicate invoices, we generally do not allow stores to issue their own receipts.

Receipts are used as proof of receipt under civil law, and the payment institution's statement or the delivery company's copy can be used as a receipt.
The following items can be considered as receipts:
● Credit card, ApplePay: Credit card statement ● Convenience store payment, bank transfer, PayPal: Receipts or statement issued by the convenience store, bank, or other payment institution where the payment is made ● Cash on delivery: Receipts issued by the delivery company

About Shipping

Our shop lists and manages inventory for products owned by the "Otakara Ichibankan" group (all 9 stores) from each of their respective locations. If you purchase items from different stores simultaneously, they may be shipped individually from each store's location. In such cases, the email notifying you that the item has been shipped will be sent separately for each item.

Timing of product shipment

Our shop uses the Shopify e-commerce platform.
■Credit card: Shipped within 1-3 days of order confirmation (*Note 1).
■Bank transfer: Shipped within 3 days of payment confirmation.
■Cash on delivery: Shipped within 3 days of order confirmation.
■PayPal payment: Shipped within 1-3 days of order confirmation (*Note 1).

*Note 1) Due to authorization errors or other reasons, there may be shipping delays or we may be unable to meet your preferred delivery date.

About Shipping

You cannot specify the delivery company. The shipping method will be determined by our shop.
For delivery by courier, you can specify the desired delivery time.

<About designated locations>
The item is either "Add to Cart" or in " Your Cart ".
This cannot be specified on the checkout (payment) page, so please return to the cart screen and specify it.

*Unless otherwise specified on the product page, items will generally be shipped by courier.
*We cannot accommodate requests other than those listed above. In addition, we cannot accept more strict delivery time requests because these are time-zone requests.
*We cannot accept requests for delivery dates that are more than 7 days after the order date. We will cancel your order after contacting you by email.
*For parcels that are sent by mail (Nekopos, Yu-Packet, Hikyaku Mail Service, etc.), it is not possible to specify a delivery date or pay by cash on delivery.
*We may not be able to meet your request in the event of a large number of orders, bad weather, traffic conditions, or rush hours such as the New Year holidays and Golden Week.
*If you are unable to receive your package at the time of delivery and the package management period at the nearest delivery company has expired, it will be returned to our store for a fee. If there is an error in the shipping information (name, address, phone number) you registered when placing your order and the package is returned to our store, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order. Please note that we will charge you separately for the shipping fee incurred for the return.

Shipping Fee

★We will cover the shipping costs for purchases totaling 3,980 yen or more.

*Even if the total purchase amount does not reach 3,980 yen due to an item being out of stock, we will still cover the shipping cost.

Honshu, Kyushu, and Shikoku regions

Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands regions
1,200 yen

*Even if a product page states "shipping via post (e.g., Nekopos, Yu-Mail, Hikyaku Mail-bin)," you can request to change to "delivery by courier" at an additional shipping cost (*Note 2). If you wish to do so, please indicate this in the "Remarks" section on the order screen.
*For cash-on-delivery payments, a fee will be added depending on the product price.
*Additional shipping fees may apply for remote islands and some areas.

*Note 2) Even if the purchase amount qualifies for our free shipping, you will still be responsible for the additional shipping fee.

About shipping via post
■For items shipped via post, you cannot specify the delivery date or use cash on delivery. Also, items will be delivered to a delivery box or mailbox. We recommend locking these to prevent theft.
■While we strive to use sturdy packaging that resists loss or damage during transit, in the event of loss or damage to a product, we will follow the terms and conditions stipulated by the shipping company.
We consider our shipping responsibilities complete once the shipping company confirms "delivery completed." We are not responsible for any issues such as theft, loss, or damage that occur after this completion of shipping. If you desire a more secure delivery, an additional shipping fee will apply, but please specify courier delivery.

About return shipping costs
We will bear the shipping costs for returns due to defects not mentioned on the product page or if a different product than ordered was received. For returns due to customer reasons such as "the image was different" or "the size didn't fit," the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Regarding confirmation of product arrival

When the product arrives (if the outer box is damaged), please check that the product is complete in the presence of the delivery person before accepting the shipment. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any issues with transportation or delivery time.

  • Credit card

    The total amount to be paid is the total product price + shipping fee (*Note 5) .

    [Things to check]
    ■We only accept credit cards in the name of the person placing the order. We also cannot accept credit cards issued overseas.
    ■If the information registered on the credit card used by the person placing the order (card holder) differs from the delivery address (name, address, telephone number, etc.), we may contact you by telephone to verify your identity in order to prevent fraudulent use by a third party.
    ■Please note that if the system issues a card authorization error, we may ask you to change your payment method or cancel your order.
    ■For security reasons, we do not generally send credit card receipts. Please check the statement sent to you by your card company.
    ■If you cancel or return an order using credit card payment, you will be refunded by the card company after our store has completed the order cancellation procedure.

  • Convenience store payment

    How to use when paying at a convenience store *In either case, payments over 300,000 yen cannot be made.

    Payment at Lawson/Ministop : Payments over 300,000 yen are not accepted.
    ■When paying in store, you will need the barcode or payment acceptance number and phone number, etc.
    ■When you make payment, you will be given a "payment receipt" in exchange for the payment, so please be sure to pick it up.

    Payments at FamilyMart : Payments over 300,000 yen cannot be made.
    ■When paying in store, you will need the barcode or payment acceptance number and phone number, etc.

    Payment at Seico Mart : Payments over 300,000 yen are not accepted.

    Please pay the delivery person when you receive the product.

    ■If the total amount (product price, shipping fee, and payment fee) exceeds 300,000 yen (tax included), cash on delivery is not available and you will need to choose another payment method.
    ■If the product's "shipping address" is not the same as the orderer's address, you will not be able to select "cash on delivery" or "credit card payment" as the payment method.

  • Bank transfer (within Japan only)

    *Our store uses the digital payment platform KOMOJU.


    The transfer destination will be an account in the name of " DEGICA Co., Ltd. " A virtual account is assigned to each transaction (order), and the designated account number is different for each order.

  • PayPal (domestic and international)

    After placing your order, you will receive a "PayPal payment request email." Please follow the instructions to complete the payment.
    We will ship the item as soon as we confirm your payment.

    ■Please note that when you check out your shopping cart and see "Purchase Complete", the payment is not yet complete.
    ■Please make the payment within 5 days after receiving the "PayPal payment request email." If we are unable to confirm your payment, your order will be cancelled.
    ■Please note that due to the nature of the PayPal system, it is possible that the "PayPal payment request email" will arrive several hours to several days later.
