Returns, Defective Items & Cancellations:
■ If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item information), we will cover the return shipping cost.
■ Please send the item back to us via cash-on-delivery (着払い). We will refund the item price + bank transfer fee.
■ For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees.
